Terms

The estimate and the plan.

Updated 13 October 2026. These terms cover the GreenSago Android app.

The calorie number

GreenSago estimates calories from a photo. That number is not a weighed measurement, a nutrition label, or medical, dietary, or health advice. A photo the app does not recognize as a meal returns no count.

Monthly subscription

Reading photos is a monthly subscription sold by Google Play. The price is the price Google Play shows at checkout. You can cancel anytime in Google Play. Manage and restore live in Settings inside the app. Google’s payment terms apply to the charge.

The app

GreenSago needs a camera and a connection to send the photo and to check the subscription. The service can be unavailable, and a photo can fail to read. When that happens, the app asks you to try again.
